Mentoring the Mentors

Kudos to the pioneering teachers involved in Mentoring the Mentors.  Despite our teachers' passion for teaching, there really is a great need to re-train our existing English teachers: first in fluency and then in actual ELT.  Many Filipino students will greatly benefit from this.  At the same time, I hope that quality training be restarted in universities and colleges offering English Education courses since that's where we get our teachers in the first place.
