My continual battle with losing weight is a losing cause. I've tried and tried to do it but I just don't have enough discipline to stick to a program. I've lost some weight, true, but in a matter of months, I'll get them back with an additional pound or two.
I'm not overweight today. Just on the brink of it. Again.
I refuse to give up though. I'm gonna start tomorrow by facing the weighing scale.
